Nature’s Truth Quercetin + Zinc combines a plant-based compound with a high-potency essential mineral, in the ease of one capsule daily. This formula provides 500 mg of Quercetin and 50 mg of Zinc as Zinc Oxide, and is a convenient way to add these nutrients to your daily routine.

 Directions: For adults, take one (1) vegan capsule daily, preferably with a meal. Taking zinc on an empty stomach may cause stomach upset in some people
