How to use Cruciferous Superfood

Using Cruciferous Superfood is easy. You can take 1 tablet up to 3 times per day to support healthy liver, immune, and endocrine system function. Do not exceed 3 tabletss per day.

Pregnant or nursing mothers, children under 18, and individuals with any known health conditions should consult a physician before using this or any other dietary supplement. Avoid taking this supplement if you experience bloating from any of these vegetables. Though side effects are not usual, some may experience bloating due to certain plant compounds.
